About this agreement

These terms govern your use of DispatchDrills (dispatchdrills.com), an independent practice platform for candidates preparing for 911 dispatcher and public-safety telecommunicator hiring assessments. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

DispatchDrills provides timed, interactive drills for the skills measured by pre-employment assessments used in 911 dispatcher hiring — data entry, cross-referencing, memory and recall, prioritization, decision making, reading and typing. Our modules are original practice tools. They are not the official assessments, they do not reproduce material from any live examination, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any assessment vendor or public-safety agency. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Payment and access

Access to the full set of practice modules requires a one-time payment of $49 (or the price displayed at checkout). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Once payment is confirmed your access is activated immediately and does not expire. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, please use our contact page. Refund requests received after 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸Share, sell, or transfer your account login or access to any other person.
• ▸Use the service for commercial purposes, including reselling practice materials or running paid coaching services based on our content.
• ▸Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the practice modules or platform.
• ▸Submit to us, or post anywhere on the platform, any material recalled or copied from a live examination.
• ▸Use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this platform — including module designs, questions, scoring logic, copy, and images — is the intellectual property of DispatchDrills unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission. Third-party assessment names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

Limitation of liability

DispatchDrills is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that using our platform will improve your performance in any official assessment or that you will be hired. We are not liable for any employment decisions, lost opportunities, or other losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to the service

We may update, add to, or remove features of the platform at any time. We will always endeavor to notify registered users of significant changes by email. If we discontinue the service entirely we will provide reasonable notice and offer a pro-rata refund where applicable.

Governing law

DispatchDrills is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
